My name is Marissa Gray and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist. I am glad you are here. I understand that sometimes, life feels too stressful. Perhaps you find yourself picturing the worst case scenario. Maybe you struggle to prioritize your own needs or find it difficult to say no. You may be wondering why your relationships are not what you hoped for, or you might be noticing how overwhelmed you feel by decision-making.
