Meet Marissa Gray, LCSW, PMH-C

Are you the one everyone counts on? Do you remember the birthdays, juggle the calendar, soothe the tantrums, and reply to late-night emails, even when you’re running on empty?

From the outside, it looks like everything is fine, but inside, are you stretched thin? Feeling burned out? Wondering if this is really sustainable?

Then you’re in the right place.

I’m Marissa Gray, LCSW, PMH-C, a licensed therapist in Illinois who works exclusively with women. My clinical expertise is supporting moms, high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and therapists who are carrying too much and trying to do it all without dropping a ball.

Therapy doesn’t have to be one more thing on your to-do list.

My goal is that therapy is one hour a week where you can unpack all that’s going on and be with someone who gets it.

All sessions are offered virtually across Illinois.

Meet Silvia Skripkauskas, LPC, RN

Are you moving through a season of change and wondering when things will start to feel like you again?

Maybe your body feels different, your patience is thin, or your energy just isn’t what it used to be. You’re managing work, family, aging parents, and somehow still trying to show up for everyone else. But lately, it’s hard to find space for yourself.

You’re not imagining it. Midlife hormone transitions, shifting roles, and changing priorities can stir up questions about who you are and what you want next.

I’m Silvia Skripkauskas, MS, MPPA, BSN, RN, NCC, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Nurse who helps women navigate stress, burnout, and perimenopause with compassion and clarity. My approach combines emotional and medical understanding, so you can make sense of what’s happening in your body and mind, and start to feel grounded again.

Therapy is about finding balance, perspective, and the confidence to move through this next chapter with strength and self-respect.

All sessions are offered virtually throughout Illinois.

Meet Sarah E. Swims, MA, LPC

Do you feel like you’re doing everything right… and still feel like you’re drowning?

You’re showing up, getting things done, taking care of what needs to be handled, but underneath it, something feels off. You might feel overwhelmed, overburdened, or disconnected from who you are. That’s usually where people come to me.

I’m Sarah Swims, MA, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with women navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, and the kinds of stress that build over time. I’m also trained in EMDR, a therapy approach that helps process experiences that may still feel stuck or unresolved.

In therapy, we’re not trying to make you perfect. We’re coming together to be human, to understand what’s going on, and to figure out how to move forward in a way that actually feels right for you.

This is a space where you can bring all of it. Not just what looks good on the surface, but the parts that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to talk about and start making sense of it.

All sessions are offered virtually throughout Illinois.

Therapy for Therapists

Therapists hold space for others all day long. It’s exhausting and it is a big load to carry when your life and emotions need attending to. We work with therapists and helping professionals who need space where they don’t have to explain themselves and can get the relief they’re seeking.
