Online Therapy for Women
Compassionate Support for Anxiety, Motherhood, Relationships, and Overwhelm
Holding It All Together
You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that there is rarely space left for you. The responsibilities keep coming. The mental checklist never really ends. From the outside, it may look as though you’re managing it all. Inside, it feels a lot heavier.
Therapy gives you a place to exhale. A place to sort through what’s weighing on you and get support from someone who understands the demands many women carry every day.
A Little More Room to Breathe
When you’re no longer spending all your energy just getting through the day, new possibilities begin to emerge.

Support For The Season You're In
Every woman’s story is different. Together, we’ll create space to better understand what you’re facing and how you’d like to move forward.
Motherhood, Pregnancy, & Postpartum
Becoming a mom changes more than your daily routine. It can change your relationships, your sense of identity, your confidence, and the way you experience yourself in the world. Even when motherhood is deeply wanted and loved, it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and much different from what you expected.
We support women through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the many emotional adjustments that come with caring for a growing family while still trying to care for themselves.
Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, & Grief
There are some experiences that feel impossible to explain to people who haven’t lived them. The uncertainty of trying to conceive. The grief that follows a miscarriage. The loneliness of carrying a loss that the rest of the world may never fully see. Many women find themselves moving between hope, heartbreak, anger, and guilt while still trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life.
You don’t have to make sense of it all on your own. This is a space where every part of your experience is welcome, even the parts that feel difficult to put into words.
Anxiety, Stress, & The Mental Load
You are the person everyone depends on. You keep track of the schedules, remember what needs to get done, and often find yourself thinking three steps ahead. Over time, that constant responsibility can become exhausting. Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like overthinking, difficulty relaxing, trouble sleeping, or feeling as though your mind never truly gets a break.Â
Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to that weight and find ways to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.

About Gray Therapy Group
Gray Therapy Group was founded by Marissa Gray, LCSW, PMH-C, to provide specialized mental health support for women across Illinois. What began as a solo practice has grown into a team of therapists who share a commitment to helping women navigate anxiety, motherhood, relationships, trauma, and life’s many transitions.
Our therapists bring diverse backgrounds and advanced training in areas including perinatal mental health, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, and women’s mental health. Together, we offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each woman’s unique experiences, goals, and challenges.
We believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation rather than a clinical experience. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. We are here to help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult seasons, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
