Workshops & Professional Development
Supportive, research-informed workshops and in-person or online professional development for new moms, women’s wellness groups, and early childhood educators across Illinois

Workshops That Nurture Women and the Communities They Hold
We offer two signature workshops designed to support women’s mental health, build emotional resilience, and strengthen early childhood education settings from the inside out.
Whether you’re a parent support group leader, a yoga studio owner, a preschool director, or someone simply looking to bring warmth and clarity to your community, these workshops create space for honest conversation, shared experience, and grounded, practical care.
